** Final Year project fund of Rs.20, 000 shall be taken along with tuition fees of 7th and 8th semester which will be Rs.10, 000 in each semester.

Hostel  Dues* per Semester

*These dues cover the living and utilities charges however lunch &dinner expenses are complementary. The utilities include the electricity charges of light and ceiling fan. The students desirous of using AC, Cooler, Fridge, Heater, Iron etc shall have to pay additional expenses as per the decision of PIET’s management.

* Examination fee shall be charged per semester at the time of exam as per BZU rule..

The Processing Fee of Rs. 2,000/- submitted along with the Application Form is Non-refundable for all applicants, whether admitted or not.

If a candidate leaves the Institute before the commencement of classes.

Full Refund of dues deposited except Admission fee and Processing fee.

If a candidate leaves the Institute after the commencement of classes but before the end of First Academic Week of his/her first semester.

75% of the Tuition Fee & Annual Dues shall be refunded along with caution money.*

If a candidate leaves the Institute during the Second Academic Week of First Semester.

50% of the Tuition Fee & Annual Dues shall be refunded along with Caution money.

If a candidate leaves the Institute after the completion of Second Academic Week of first Semester.

 Only Caution money shall be refunded.

* Caution Money shall be refunded after the clearance from the respective department and Director Finance.

Note:

  1. All Dues are subject to review from time to time without Notice.
  2. The dues must be deposited within due date mentioned on fee breakup form otherwise fine will be charged.
  3. The students are expected to clear all their dues before taking any examination. No student shall be allowed to appear in the examination without formal clearance from the Accounts Department.
