Admission Procedure


General Instructions

  • Try to submit your application along with the required documents as early as possible. Do not wait for the last date.
  • As soon as the process of selection is completed, the merit list will be notified showing the percentage admission marks of the applicants admitted in different disciplines against different categories.
  • All documents to be attached with the application form should be attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer of the government.

  • Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner (Original)
  • Affidavit
  • Declaration
  • Service Card/Certificate of Govt./Semi Govt./Armed Forces Employees (If applicable)
  • Employer Certificate (If applicable)
  • NOC from the relevant Board

Attested Photocopies of

  • CNIC/Form-B of Candidate
  • Matric/Equivalent Certificate.
  • FSc/DAE/Equivalent
  • Domicile Certificate.
  • B.Sc./Equivalent Certificate (if applicable)
  • Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if applicable)
  • PEC registration certificate of parent(if applicable)
  • Death Certificate of Father (If applicable)
  • Form-B for Category G (Kinship) (if applicable)
  • ECAT Result

*Relevant copies of FSc/DAE/ Equivalent Examination & ECAT results to be attached after the declaration of Intermediate result.

**Application form with a passport size photograph, pasted with gum and three recent Passport size photographs with Name/Form No. on the back.
