Category ‘A’ (Merit)
A candidate should submit an attested copy of his/her domicile certificate along with the application form, otherwise the application will not be considered for this category.
Category ‘O’ (Needy Orphan)
The seats of category Q are reserved for orphans who are genuinely needy and cannot afford to pay tuition fee. To avail this category, a death certificate of his/her father must be submitted.
Category ‘F’ (Female):
Apart from the reserved seats, female can also apply on open merit and self -support categories.
Category ‘M’ (Armed Forces/Police Martyrs Children):
This seat is reserved for armed forces/ Police Martyrs Son/daughter and the nomination of this seat is directly sent by GHQ.
Category ‘E’ (Engineer’s Son/Daughter):
A candidate must attach his/her Parent’s copy of valid registration of Pakistan Engineering Council. The merit will be determined on comparative basis within the category.
Category ‘H’ (Hafiz e Quran)
A candidate must attach his/her copy of valid Hafiz e Quran certificate to avail this category.
Category ‘T’ (Teacher Son/Daughter):
This category is reserved for the sons and daughters of the teachers.
Category ’S’(Self-Support):
Eligible candidates who are not admitted in their respective categories may apply in the self-support category.
